Industry charity Hospitality Action has selected Sketch CEO Sinead Mallozzi as its most current patron.
Mallozzi joins the likes of Tom Kerridge, Michael Caines and head supporter, Jason Atherton in supporting the charity, which has helped hospitality in the UK since 1837.
Once London’s only female hotel manager, Mallozzi has every now and again joined her enthusiasm for expressions and culture with the sector – propelling the UK’s first ice rink at Somerset House before taking charge at Sketch as it has developed its offering through the span of 17 years.
The imaginatively inspired Mayfair business has helped raise some £34,000 in donations from clients since October 2018.
She said “It’s an absolute honour to be asked to be a Hospitality Action patron and I am very proud to be a part of this very necessary and worthwhile charity.”
Mark Lewis, Hospitality Action’s CEO, stated: “I’m delighted to welcome Sinead as Hospitality Action’s newest patron.
“Sinead has been an inspirational motivator for the charity in recent times. Her team’s fundraising efforts are nothing short of amazing netting over £34,000 in customer fundraising in less than a year. In addition, Sinead’s team have been exemplars of good practice by embracing the employee wellness opportunities provided by our Employee Assistance Programme.
“I am looking forward to her valuable input over the months and years ahead.”
