A wonderful boutique hotel and wedding venue in Kent has been sold to new owners.
The agreement was processed with the property consultancy company Christie & Co.
Little Silver Country Hotel is built upon historic values, in a tudor-style house. The hotel boasts breathtaking landscaped gardens.
Furthermore, the building was built in 1935 before being converted into a hotel in the 1980s. Moreover, the venue features a total of sixteen en suite bedrooms.
Oliver and Christine Johnston owned the hotel for just over twenty years. However, they have taken the decision to step down to spend more time with their beloved family.
David and Elaine Kemp have taken charge of Little Silver. They have a hospitality rich background with much experience in hotel operating.
Andrew Moore, a property consultant at Christie & Co, said:
“It was an absolute pleasure working with Oliver and Christine to find them a buyer for their lovely business and it was great that locals, David and Elaine Kemp were the successful buyers, I am sure they will continue the great reputation that Little Silver has built up over many years.”
The Little Silver Country Hotel was sold for £2,750,000.
