The George Hotel in Bridport has been awarded two lots of five stars since the latest landlords took it over.
Sarah and Neil Chilcott took over back in September and have never looked back with the local community singing their praises.
The pub was recently awarded five stars from Cask Marque for its cellar and before that they were given five stars from environmental health.
Sarah and Neil, said: “Taking over the George Hotel has been a pleasant challenge and very different from anything we have done in the past.
“We have been working extremely hard to bring this town centre pub back to its iconic standard in the community, we are really excited to be awarded bot sets of five stars and would like to thank the team for their hard work and Palmers Brewery for all its input.”
